Bill has more than 20 years experience in delivering business solutions through Telecom and IT applications. His career has been devoted to sales, marketing, and business development for both large enterprise corporations and start-up companies alike. His success has largely been based upon his ability to comprehend the requirements of the client and to fashion solutions which fit their need and budget. Bill holds a BS in Engineering from the United States Military Academy, and a MBA in Marketing from American University.
